Transition Whittlesford Website goes Live! An online rallying point for the Whittlesford Transition Initiative stumbles into the daylight.

This website was created to help bring together people in Whittlesford and the surrounding area who are concerned about the consequences Peak Oil and Climate Change. It is the first step in seeing if there is enough interest in these issues for a Transition Initiative to emerge.
A Transition Initiative is a "grass-roots" effort to help the local community become more sustainable and resilient and less vulnerable to shocks caused by Oil depletion and Global Climate Change.
